There are several roles and responsibilities a manager is accountable for, he supervises one or more employees or departments to ensure they effectively and efficiently fulfill assigned duties

Performance appraisal is a method of evaluating the behaviour of employees in the workplace, normally including both the quantitative and qualitative aspects of job performance.
