The King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck had extended an invitation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to pay an official visit to Bhutan.

Ministry of external affairs informed PM Narendra Modi visit to Bhutan on 21-22 March 2024 has been postponed due to unfavourable weather conditions over Paro airport.
